Pastor Jim is the senior leader. He is a widower with two great sons. His passion is to see the local church well discipled to become effective ambassadors for the Kingdom of God. He also longs to see Church leaders stand against the deceptions and counterfeit "revival" that scar much of the Pentecostal/charasmatic movent. To that end he writes articles for magazines and teaches at pastors conferences here in the UK, India and Africa,
